Great Lakes Caring Named Of Best Workplaces For Millennials
WARSAW — Great Lakes Caring Home Health and Hospice was ranked 94th on the list of the country’s Best Workplaces for Millennials, announced by research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune.
Adam Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Caring, shared that Millennials thrive at Great Lakes Caring due to a highly collaborative culture, state-of-the-art technology and benefits that help them progress in their career.

The ranking considered 398,000 surveys that assessed organizations’ fairness, teamwork, benefits and other elements essential to an outstanding work culture.

Great Lakes Caring was also ranked as a 2017 Best Workplace in Health Care.
