Warsaw Man Dead After Fatal Vehicle Accident In Kansas
WARSAW — A Warsaw man was killed Tuesday, June 27, after a single-vehicle crash in rural Ness County, Kansas.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Justin D. Leighty, 41, was killed when his 2001 International truck overturned on CR C, south of Beeler, Kansas.
According to KSN TV, for an unknown reason, Leighty’s vehicle left the roadway to the left, returned to roadway and overturned. Leighty was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The patrol said Leighty wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
There were no additional occupants in the truck.
Leighty had previously worked for the Elkhart Truth and RV Business.
