Gary D. Cook
Gary D. Cook, 66, Rochester, passed away at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
He was born on May 7, 1951 in Monticello, the son of Don and Wanda (Criswell) Cook. On Sept. 7, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nev., he married Karen E. Morrow and she survives.
Mr. Cook had worked at Moore Business Forms, Rochester Homes and at the Braun Corporation in Winamac. He was an avid hot wheel collector and customizer, enjoyed collecting guns and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Cook, Rochester; children, Andi and husband Jason Kiser, Rochester; Kyle Cook, Wakefield, Kan.; stepchildren, Jessica and husband Joshua Fox, Winamac; Dan and wife Kayla Cook, Twelve Mile; nine grandchildren, sister, Cindy And husband Lonnie Bussinger, Monticello; his canine companion, Diesel and his feline companion, Mingo. He was preceded in death by his father, Don Cook, mother, Wanda Mansfield and brother, Wayne Cook.
