Kauffman Teaches Advanced Skin Treatment Course
WARSAW — Jennifer Kauffman, CEO of the Vein Institute and MediSpa, recently instructed board-certified neurologists on the aesthetic implications of Botox and dermal fillers. Physicians completing the course titled, “Fundamental Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers” include Andrea Haller, MD; Marlene Bultemeyer, MD; and Ajay Gupta, MD from Fort Wayne Neurological Center. Many neurologists currently utilize Botox for medical purposes. The American Academy of Neurology considers the use of botulinum toxin safe and effective for treating neurological conditions including stroke, spinal cord injuries and chronic migraines.
With extensive training in the United States and Canada, Kauffman remains up to date on the latest developments in cosmetic treatments. She has presented numerous research studies to the American College of Phlebology and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Through Aesthetic Advancements, Inc., Jennifer teaches Botox, fillers and sclerotherapy to physicians and nurses across the nation.
