KOSCIUSKO — Reecer Properties announced that it added Pier 13 Realty and its owner and broker, Chuck Lawrance, to its team. This move strengthens the firm’s already growing presence in Kosciusko County and will increase service efficiencies and effectiveness to the area, especially its lake clients.

After building on its success in the Fort Wayne and Syracuse markets, Reecer Properties took possession of the building, located on the south side of SR 13 in North Webster, and will begin to integrate operations while maintaining their Syracuse and Warsaw locations. The Syracuse lake office and guest cottage at Lake Wawasee, which includes a sand volleyball court, beer garden cand fire pit, will continue to be available for Reecer Properties clients and rentals.
