Warsaw Community Public Library Hosts April Adult And Teen Programs
WARSAW — The following programs are set to take place in April at the Warsaw Community Public Library.
- Friends of the Library meet at 1 p.m. Monday, April 2.
- Learn basket weaving with Marjorie Kennedy from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 2. Register.
- Sally Reuter will lead a wool appliqué class from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 3. Register.
- Drop in Zone, featuring video games, snacks and Occulus Rift virtual reality, is from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4 for grades 6-12 and 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. for ages 18 and older.
- Off the Shelf meets at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 5, to discuss “The Nightingale” by Kristin Hannah.
- Chess Club meets 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
- The Cookbook Club meets at 11 a.m. Monday, April 9, to share brunch recipes.
- Writers Club meets from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Monday, April 9. Topics are “Libraries,” “Easter,” “Green” and “Poetry.”
- Yarn Club meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, to knit and crochet.
- Local pianist David Haney will give a concert at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10. Register.
- Computer Clinic offers technology help from 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, and 4-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 25.
- Pokémon Club meets at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 11.
- Local presenter Matt Pylant will give a program on World War II beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 11. Register.
