Warsaw Man Accused Of Multiple Walmart Thefts
WARSAW — A Warsaw man is accused of theft from Walmart totaling more than $1,000 during multiple trips to the retail store.
Kevin Daniel Gibson, 31, 3699 N. Greenwood Drive, Warsaw, is charged with two counts of theft, one a level 6 felony and the other a class A misdemeanor.
According to the probable cause affidavit, an employee of Walmart reported to police that on three occasions, March 18, 20 and 25, Gibson stole items from the store by either attempting to leave without paying or by using a credit card that would only pay for a portion of the items and attempting to leave with the entire amount of merchandise.
