LEESBURG – The Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County has announced this year’s date of Friday, Sept. 7, for the Steve Dodds Charity Golf Event at Tippecanoe Lake Country Club.

Teams may play at either 8 a.m. or 1 p.m. with lunch served to all participants in between the morning and afternoon flights.

Denny Hively, event chairman, has lined up Hole-in-One sponsors for all the par three’s, and there will be prize winners in ladies, mixed and men’s teams for the morning and afternoon rounds. There will also be a putting contest for the morning and afternoon players, a par three contest, closest-to-the-hole contest and several proximity and long drive contests.
