Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
11:18 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, North CR 150W, south of West CR 500N, Warsaw. Driver: Keith A. Beer, 59, East CR 1050N, Milford. Beer was traveling north on CR 150W when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.
5:54 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, East Old Road 30 and South Brallier Road, Pierceton. Driver: David R. Lawson, 65, South Highpoint Drive, Albion. Lawson’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:
8:10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, West Winona Avenue, near South Lake Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Dewayne E. Busz, 69, South Lake Street, Warsaw; and Arthur E. Clark, 63, Frontage Road 18, Warsaw. Busz was traveling south on South Lake Street when he entered Clark’s lane of travel, causing Clark’s vehicle to strike the front right quarter of Busz’s vehicle. Busz complained of left knee pain and declined medical treatment. A passenger in Clark’s vehicle, Deborah S. Clark, 53, Warsaw, sustained a laceration to her head and complained of neck pain. She was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage up to $10,000.
