SECOND PLACE WINNER — Lucinda Conley, Warsaw, was the lucky winner of $500 in Christmas Bucks. Her winning entry was chosen at Palette Eatery in Warsaw. When informed of her winning, she could not believe it. She stated her entry was the only entry she had placed in any of the locations this year. She decided to kill time while waiting on her husband’s arrival. Upon learning of her win, Conley exclaimed, “This is just wonderful! Wonderful, I tell you!
