Police Say Overdose Lands Warsaw Woman In Jail
WARSAW — A reported overdose in Syracuse has landed a Warsaw woman in jail on drug charges.
Stephanie Michelle Gulley, 30, 2016 E. Market St., Warsaw, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of cocaine, possession of a syringe, all level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
According to the Syracuse Police Department, officers responded to a reported drug overdose where a witness told police that Gulley had been using methamphetamine and heroin. First responders administered Narcan and Gulley was, according to the affidavit of probable cause, transported to the hospital.
Police reported searching Gulley’s purse for identification and located another purse that the witness said also belonged to Gulley. Inside the purses, police reported finding methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine, as well as paraphernalia.
Gulley was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Jan. 16 on $5,250 surety and cash bond.
