Daylight Saving Time — Change Your Clock, Change Your Batteries
KOSCIUSKO — Most smoke alarms need a new battery at least once a year. What better way to remember when the batteries were replaced by choosing a memorable occasion or time. The change to daylight saving time is a perfect time to switch those old batteries with new.
With the change to daylight saving time at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 10, the Kosciusko County Fire Association wants to remind and encourage the public to take the opportunity to change batteries and test their smoke alarms.
