Integrative Medicine Seminar At Parkview Warsaw Center For Healthy Living Friday
WARSAW — The Environmental Working Group recently released its 2019 top “dirty dozen” fruits and vegetables, highlighting foods with the highest levels of toxins. The list includes favorites like strawberries and peaches, as well as some surprising additions like kale, considered by many to be a “superfood.”
To help explain the significance of toxins and strategies for healthy eating, the Parkview Warsaw Center for Healthy Living is hosting an integrative medicine seminar about “detoxing” at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 29.
The seminar will feature guest speaker Briana Aspy, PA-C, Parkview Physicians Group – Integrative Medicine, as she discusses environmental toxins, how they impact your health, different pathways the body uses to get rid of those harmful toxins, and how to improve elimination through an integrative lifestyle approach.
The event is free but seating is limited. To reserve your seat, please call (260) 266-6500. The Parkview Warsaw Center for Healthy Living is located inside the Parkview Warsaw YMCA at 1350 Mariners Drive, Warsaw.
