Nine Arrested In Plymouth On Drug Charges
PLYMOUTH — Nine people were arrested by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department UNIT team Wednesday, May 15, at 4400 Lilac Road, Plymouth. Two children were removed from the home at the time of the arrest.
Arrested were:
Sean Snyder, 27, charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug – enhancement, level 5 felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony. Bond: $10,000 cash.
Julie Snyder, 45, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; and possession of methamphetamine – enhancement, level 5 felony. Bond: $10,000 cash.
Melvin Shane Snyder, 24, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; unlawful possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000 cash.
Melvin John Snyder, 48, charged with maintaining a common nuisance a level 6 felony and possession of methamphetamine – enhancement, level 5 felony. No bond listed.
Jesse Knepp, 26, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony and possession of marijuana, class A misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000 cash.
Charles Miltenberger III, 28, charged with possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class A misdemeanor; and possession of a narcotic drug – enhancement, level 5 felony. Bond: $10,000 cash.
Britany Griffin, 22, charged with neglect of a dependent, level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor and visiting a common nuisance, class B misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000 cash.
Morgan Smith, 21, charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug – enhancement, level 5 felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony. Bond: $10,000 cash.
Anthony Cromey, 26, charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug-enhancement, level 5 felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony. Bond: $10,000 cash.
UNIT officers along with the assistance of the Starke County SWAT Team, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Plymouth Police and Indiana State Police executed the search warrant. The warrant was issued after an investigation conducted by UNIT, resulting in the arrest. Officers recovered various narcotics and narcotic equipment as well as two firearms.
All those arrested were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
