WCS Board President Named ISBA Master Board Member
WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools is proud to announce Heather Reichenbach, president of the WCS Board of School Trustees, recently completed the Indiana School Board Association’s Certification Awards Program. Through her hard work, leadership and dedication toward the mission of Warsaw Community Schools, Reichenbach received the highest distinction possible and was named a Master Board Member by the ISBA.
The program, which began on July 1, 1992, recognizes officially seated board members for their dedication to continuous improvement, especially through attendance at ISBA-sponsored conferences, seminars and retreats. The Indiana School Board Association Certification Award Program allows members the opportunity to reach four levels of distinctions: Level 1, 2, 3 and Master Board Member. These levels are achieved by accumulating points for attending various ISBA or ISBA recognized activities.
“WCS is blessed by a dedicated board of school trustees,” said WCS Superintendent Dr. David Hoffert. “Their commitment to continual board development is evident through the recognition of Board President Mrs. Heather Reichenbach. Her leadership was recognized at the Indiana School Board Association Region 2 In-service. President Reichenbach received the highest distinguished award and was the top Region 2 point recipient. We are extremely thankful for her dedication to the board, students, staff and community through her distinguished service.”
