Early Friday morning, Frankie Lee Poe, 40, of 704 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, was arrested for residential entry to a vacant building. Police have named him a person of interest in Jones’ death.
Poe was arraigned in Kosciusko County Circuit Court this morning where a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. Currently Poe is only charged with residential entry, a class D felony. He will next appear in court for a pre-trial conference at 10 a.m. Monday, May 20.
