Lake City Bank Announces Seven New Employee Promotions
Warsaw — Lake City Bank announced seven promotions in a recent news release.
Amanda M. Longmire has been promoted to Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act Officer and Client Protection Services Manager. In this position, Longmire works with customers and bank staff to help identify possible fraud and suspicious activity, both against the bank and in customer accounts. She also oversees compliance with the bank’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program. She has been with the bank for 20 years.
Leslie R. Baker has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager. In this position, Baker oversees the Deposit Operations department and supports staff in their efforts to provide quality service. She is also responsible for accurate transaction posting, customer reporting and compliance within the department. She has been with the bank for eight years. Baker has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana Tech.
David J. Curry has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Credit Administration Officer. In this position, Curry manages a team of credit analysts who support commercial bankers with underwriting new and existing commercial loans as well as various commercial loan portfolio management items. He has been with the bank for five years. Curry has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics from Trine University. Curry serves as treasurer for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division. He volunteers for Junior Achievement and the United Way Day of Caring.
Justin T. Hayes has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Small Business Lending Officer. In this position, Hayes manages an existing loan portfolio, underwrites new loans and makes decisions regarding loan modifications. He has been with the bank for five years. Hayes has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Bank Management Certificate from Purdue University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne). He served as a human resources specialist in the United States Army Reserve. He serves as Vice President of Leadership Development for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and as a board member for the Risk Management Association’s Northern Indiana chapter. He is also a member of the Emerging Leaders Alliance, the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division, and the Purdue Fort Wayne Top 50 Selection Committee. He volunteers for Junior Achievement.
Wendy N. Brown has been promoted to Client Protection Services Assistant Manager and Officer. In this position, Brown monitors the bank’s processes and recordkeeping for large cash transactions and supports Client Protection Services team members in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for two years. Brown has an associate’s degree in business administration from Ivy Tech Community College. She volunteers for the Lake City Bank Reality Store.
Kimberly A. Knoerzer has been promoted to Client Protection Services Assistant Manager and Officer. In this position, Knoerzer monitors the bank’s processes and recordkeeping for fraud and supports Client Protection Services team members in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for four years.
Chrissy J. Myer has been promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Officer of its South Bend Downtown office. In this position, Myer assists the office manager in providing quality service and building customer relationships. She helps manage the daily operations of the office and handles loan requests. She has been with the bank for 11 years. Myer has an associate’s degree in accounting from Southwestern Michigan College. She volunteers for the Lake City Bank Reality Store.
