Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 3:26 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2200 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Jennifer Quillen reported the theft of a cellphone.
• 12:47 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 1400 block East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Raymond Long reported the theft to tools valued at $1,758.93.
