NORTH WEBSTER — We live in a beautiful community abundant with lakes, rivers and streams and TWF’s annual “Picture Your Watershed” photo contest gives local photographers a chance to show it off.
In 2019, The Watershed Foundation asked the community: “What does Lake Life look life to you?” and the resulting photographs are diverse and impressive.
While the entry deadline for the 2019 photo competition is now closed, public voting is open through Jan. 31, and TWF encourages the whole community to have their say.
There are three categories in the competition; Lovin’ the Lakes (featuring people), Wet ‘n Wildlife, and Nature’s Studio. A winner from each category will be selected by a panel of judges, and a fourth ‘People’s Choice Award’ winner will be crowned based on the public’s vote.

The four winning photographs will be showcased throughout 2020 and the winning photographers will win gift cards courtesy of Bart’s Watersports.
Below are just seven of the 82 photographs entered in the contest.
