Warsaw Little League Offering Equipment Swap
WARSAW – While sign-ups are still in progress for the 2020 season, Warsaw Little League is offering a promotion to help players stay in the game.
Warsaw Little League is holding a “Play It Forward” apparel and equipment swap. The event will take place on Sunday, March 8, between 12:30-5 p.m. during player evaluations. This will take place at the new TRAC at Warsaw Community High School.
Families can donate any gear that is in good, working condition. The swap can include belts, batting gloves, pants, cleats, mitts, bats and catcher’s gear. Clothing items must be free of holes, tears and large stains and MUST be washed prior to donation. Equipment must be in working order, bats not be cracked, cleats free of broken spikes and have laces.
Donations can be dropped off prior to the swap at the Winona Lake Park Office, 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, on Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sign-ups for the league are still open, and can be done online at warsawlittleleague.com.
After March 8, there will be a $25 late fee added to the total. Player evaluations will also take place on March 8 at the Warsaw Community High School TRAC Fieldhouse.
