No New Virus Cases Reported In Kosciusko County

WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Health Department has received no new COVID-19 cases as of noon Thursday, May 7.
Kosciusko County has 39 total positive cases with one death reported and 20 recoveries.
Statewide, the latest posting on the Indiana State Department of Health website shows the number of COVID-19 deaths in Indiana rose to 1,295.
The total positive number of COVID-19 cases in Indiana is now at 22,503. More than 124,000 Hoosiers have been tested for COVID-19.
Wabash County has 64 positive cases, Noble County has 124 positive cases and Elkhart County has 387 positive cases.
Whitley, Marshall and Fulton counties’ case numbers remain unchanged at 22, 31 and 34, respectively.
Cass County, which is south of Fulton County and includes Logansport, has 1,469 positive cases. In other northern Indiana counties, Lake County has 2,288 positive cases; Allen County has 743 positive cases; and St. Joseph County has 730 positive cases.
Marion County, which includes Indianapolis, has the most cases in the state at 6,914.
According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, more than 189,000 people in the United States have recovered from COVID-19.
