Kosciusko County COVID-19 Case Count: 210

WARSAW — Between noon on Thursday, June 4, and noon Friday, June 5, the Kosciusko County Health Department reported 12 new cases of COVID-19. Seven of the cases reported on June 4 were identified to reside in various other counties; thus they have been removed from the case count. This brings the county’s number of positive cases to 210.
Statewide, the latest posting on the Indiana State Department of Health website shows the number of COVID-19 deaths in Indiana rose to 2,078.
The total positive number of COVID-19 cases in Indiana is now at 36,578. More than 291,000 Hoosiers have been tested for COVID-19.
Locally, Fulton County has 51 positive cases, Wabash County has 81 positive cases, Marshall County has 187 positive cases, and Noble County has 278 positive cases. Elkhart County has 1,585 positive cases, which is up from 1,495 reported on Thursday, June 4.
Whitley County’s case number remains unchanged at 45.
In other northern Indiana counties, Lake County has 3,876 positive cases; Allen County has 1,810 positive cases; and St. Joseph County has 1,358 positive cases.
Marion County, which includes Indianapolis, has the most cases in the state at 10,188.
According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, more than 485,000 people have recovered from COVID-19.
