Public Hearing Set For Turkey Creek Conservancy District

SYRACUSE — Kosciusko County Circuit Court has ordered the Indiana Natural Resources Commission to hold a public hearing and receive evidence on a petition to establish the Turkey Creek Dam and Dike Conservancy District.
The petition was filed under cause number 43C01-1912-MI-00249.
The hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at the Syracuse Community Center, 1013 N. Long Drive.
