NORTH WEBSTER — Janette Stackhouse has been recognized for 10 years of service at North Webster Community Public Library. The recognition was announced by Library Director Helen Leinbach Frank.

Stackhouse joined the library staff in October 2010 after a 25 year career as an electronic document management specialist. Her main areas of responsibilities include the library’s extensive DVD collection and assisting with technical and computer issues along with serving patrons. She has also taught herb and gardening classes. A Muncie native, she attended Ball State University and has lived in the North Webster area for over 30 years. She is also active in North Webster American Legion Post 253 Auxiliary where she serves as chaplain.

 “We are pleased to recognize Janette’s service and dedication to our patrons and community,”  Leinbach said.  “We value her contribution to the library staff.”

North Webster Community Public Library is located at 110 E. North Street.  The library is open between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday throughThursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.  More information about the library and its services can be obtained online at www.nweb.lib.in.us.
