Triton Girls 56, Oregon-Davis 41

Triton made a statement in the opening round of the Class 1-A tournament at Oregon-Davis, knocking off the hosts in the first matchup of the night.

Triton, which hadn’t beaten Oregon-Davis is six years before knocking off the Bobcats at the Bi-County tournament, made it two in a row to advance to Friday’s semi-final.

Stats for the game were not immediately provided.

Triton (9-11) move onto Friday’s semi-final to meet LaCrosse (4-17). In Tuesday’s second game, Culver defeated West Central 60-36. The Cavaliers will take on Argos in Friday’s second game.
