WARSAW — A free, live/interactive web-based educational event is being offered at 11 a.m. on March 24.
Lewy Body Dementia affects more than 1 million individuals in the United States and is now recognized as the second most common form of degenerative dementia following Alzheimer’s Disease. i
For family members or caregivers, Lewy Body Dementia can be very challenging.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana is happy to welcome guest presenter, Pamela Corsentino, the director of support services at the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA).
Corsentino’s extensive knowledge and understanding of Lewy Body Dementia has provided caregivers and professionals a better connection to this disease.
During this free event, Corsentino will introduce Lewy Body Dementia, give examples of symptoms and challenges associated with this disease and will answer your questions about how to best support those living with Lewy.
