PIERCETON — At least one person was injured in an off-road vehicle accident just south of Pierceton.

Shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday, March 14, medical personnel, firefighters and law enforcement officers responded to a report of an ORV accident occurring on private property at 4331 S. SR 13, Pierceton.

Initial reports said two men were on the vehicle at the time, with one reporting injuries. Lutheran Air II was also initially called; however, they were disregarded as injuries were not severe enough for air transport to be needed.

Pierceton Fire Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Lutheran EMS and DNR officers responded to the scene.
