Marshall County Accident Leaves Pedestrian Critical

ARGOS – A 34-year-old man was in critical condition at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after being struck by a vehicle Saturday night, March 13.
The incident involving James Shuck occurred at 9:38 p.m. in the 14000 block of Michigan Road, Argos. The police report did not identify the man’s residence.
Marshall County Officers responded to the incident after receiving a report of a possible body in the roadway. After an investigation, it was found a 2012 Dodge Avenger, driven by Brittany Burch Jensen, 24, North Liberty, had struck Shuck.
The accident is still under investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
