Pierceton Scouts Collecting For Oklahoma Victims
Cub Scout Pack 3761 from Pierceton is planning to take a truck and trailer full of supplies down to the people of Oklahoma who were affected by Monday’s devastating tornadoes.
The scouts are asking the community, churches, friends, families and local businesses to help with donations such of water (jugs or bottled), toiletries, clothes, shoes, blankets, pillows, soaps, shampoos, laundry soap, first aid items, diapers, formula and anything else families may need during their time of crisis.
The scout trailer will be parked at the Baseball Park in Pierceton each evening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. through Friday where donations will be accepted. The hope is to have the trailer full of donations by Friday evening with a plan to leave Saturday morning.
Questions can directed through the Pierceton Youth League Facebook page.
