Alcohol Board Approves New Permit For Hoplore Brewing

WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Alcohol and Tobacco Commission approved a new permit for Hoplore Brewing’s Warsaw location during a meeting on Thursday, May 6.
Stefan King, Hoplore’s co-owner and head brewer, said the business is expanding its brewing operations and will brew their own products at the Warsaw location, 307 W. Market St. King said the beer would also be sold at Hoplore’s Leesburg location.
At the meeting, King said the goal is to open the brewery in the next 30 days.
The following permits were also renewed at the meeting:
- Cam-May & Associates LLC, doing business as The Old Depot, 115 E. Market St., Pierceton. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Freedom Oil LLC, doing business as Freedom Express #4, 750 S. SR 13, North Webster. Beer and wine dealer – grocery store.
- Freeland Enterprises Inc., doing business as Pizza Hut, 502 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Beer and wine retailer – restaurant.
- G&M Package Store Inc., doing business as Beef’s Booze Barn, 100 N. Huntington St., Syracuse. Beer, wine and liquor – package store.
- Mi Lindo Acapulco Inc., doing business as Mi Lindo Acapulco Restaurant, 217 E. Center St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Pure Pleasure Inc., doing business as Pizza King, 1039 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Beer and wine retailer – restaurant.
- Pure Pleasure Inc., doing business as Pizza King, 719 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Beer and wine retailer – restaurant.
The board’s next meeting will be held virtually at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 3.
