Pets Of The Week
Press Release
PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, located at 1048 S. CR 325E, Pierceton.
Buddy
At 12 years old, you would think Buddy would start to slow down, but this German Shepherd/Border Collie mix is as spry as any young pup. Buddy is a neutered male weighing 51 pounds and has a tan and black coat with white markings. Buddy loves to play fetch. It is his favorite game and he would play all day if he could. Buddy does well with cats and if you have other dogs, Buddy would like to meet them.
Because of his older age, he would do best in a home with children older than 15. He is also super smart and house trained, though he may need to be taken out to potty more often than a younger dog. Buddy can’t wait to find his “furever” home so he can live out his golden years with a loving family. Call to make an appointment today to meet Buddy!
Buddy’s adoption fee is $105.
Raspy
Raspy the cat has a voice that Motorhead’s Lemmy would be proud to listen to. This chatterbox is a two-year-old, neutered, male Domestic Short Hair mix. He has a tiger and tabby coat. Raspy has copper eyes and weighs 10 pounds. Raspy is a social butterfly who loves spending time with people and helping with chores and office paperwork. He would make the “purrfect” companion for any family or individual. Call to make an appointment to stop in for a chat with Raspy today!
Raspy’s adoption fee is $75.
