Fire Chief Mickey Scott rings the bell three times in honor of those who perished on 9-11. Assisting him are Carolyn Gunder, commander of American Legion Post 223 and Jonathan Piercy, president of the American Legion Riders at Post 223. The ceremony was held Saturday evening, Sept. 11.
