Cates Files for Township Board
Kimberly Cates, 12361 N. Kings Drive, Syracuse, has filed her declaration of candidacy for the position of Turkey Creek Township Advisory Board, in the upcoming Republican Caucus at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at Turkey Creek Fire Station No. 2, 8138 E. McClintic Rd., Syracuse.
The caucus will be held to fill the vacancy of the unexpired term of Richard Waterson who resigned due to a move outside the township.
Voting will be of eligible Republican Precinct committeemen.
Interested eligible candidates for the position of Turkey Creek Township Advisory Board must file a Declaration of Candidacy with the Kosciusko County Republican Chairman Randall Girod no later than 72 hours before the commencement of the caucus. Declaration of Candidacy forms (CEB-5) will be available from the Kosciusko County Clerk’s office, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw IN 46580.
