Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, West CR 400N, east of North CR 150W, Warsaw. Driver: Melissa D. Knisely, 43, Oriole Drive, Warsaw. Knisely’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damage: Up to $5,000.
• 1:24 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, South SR 15, north of West CR 700S, Claypool. Driver: Paul K. Yarl, 48, Chrysler Street, Indianapolis. Yarl’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damage: Up to $5,000.
• 6:49 p.m. Monday, March 7, West CR 100S, west of South CR 500W, Warsaw. Driver: Zachary L. Pulsipher, 29, South Walnut Street, Mentone. Pulsipher’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damage: Up to $5,000.
• 1:09 p.m. Monday, March 7, SR 15 North, north of Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Driver: Roxanne J. Martin, 51, CR 37, Goshen. Martin said she was traveling northbound on SR 15 at the intersection of Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, when a vehicle pulled out onto SR 15 and turned southbound. Martin’s vehicle hit the other vehicle. The other driver left the scene. Damage: Up to $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 10:55 a.m. Monday, March 7, 925-A W. Polywood Way, Syracuse. Driver: Fidel A. Murillo, 26, Riverview Drive, Albion. Murillo’s vehicle hit a parked vehicle. Damage: Up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 9:40 p.m. Monday, March 7, South SR 15 and West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Skyler D. Miller, 29, East Ramar Drive, Warsaw; Trey O. Gilkey, 23, South Anderson Street, Elwood; and Lisa M. Metzinger, 53, Lark Lane, Warsaw. Miller said she was traveling southbound on South Buffalo Street approaching the intersection of West Prairie Street, Warsaw. She said she saw the traffic light was green, but didn’t see traffic stopped in front of her. Her vehicle hit Gilkey’s, which caused his vehicle to hit Metzinger’s. An OWI investigation was conducted on Miller. Damage: Up to $25,000.
• 1:35 p.m. Monday, March 7, South McKinley Street and East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Andrew J. Harstine, 24, East CR 250S, Warsaw; and Jason E. Schlemmer, 43, North CR 700E, Wabash. Harstine stopped at a stop sign. He failed to look left and pulled out. His vehicle was then hit by Schlemmer’s. Damage: Up to $5,000.
