Whitley Master Gardeners Host Free Seminars
The Whitley County Master Gardeners are holding seminars in conjunction with the Whitley County 4-H Fair from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 16.
One seminar, “Community Supported Agriculture,” will feature Jane Loomis speaking about community gardens. The 2 p.m. presentation, “A Little Magic in Your Cooking,” will focus on using herbs and will be led by Tommy Shupe. The final seminar will be a joint effort of Al Conrad and Roxy Hagans on shade gardening.
All sessions will be held in the Ag Museum on the hill and are free to anyone. Please join in for speakers, snacks and door prizes.
