Joe Diffie Free Concert At Central Park
Joe Diffie will headline this year’s Country Music Concert hosted by Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department. This 17th annual free concert happens Friday, July 19, at the Glover Pavilion in Central Park.
Country music legend Joe Diffie will headline the event, joined by special guest Josh Thompson. Thompson will open the show at 6:30 p.m. and Joe Diffie will take the stage at 8 p.m.
Headliner Diffie is one of country music’s most recognized artists, with a dozen No. 1 hits, including “Home,” “Pickup Man,” “Third Rock from the Sun” and “John Deere Green.” He has earned over 20 Top 10 singles, won a Grammy Award, and won multiple Country Music Awards. To date, Diffie has released 13 albums, with a new single called “Girl Ridin’ Shotgun” on the radio now.
Special guest Josh Thompson has also had his share of success in the country music world. He has written songs for other artists including Jason Aldean and Brad Paisley. He has also produced three top 40 hits of his own, including “Beer on the Table,” “Way Out Here” and “Won’t Be Lonely Long.”
