• 5:38 p.m., Friday, April 29, on SR 13 near Channel Street in North Webster. Drivers: Emile Cavender, 19, West CR 550N, Ligonier; Dawn Cavender, 52, Miami Drive, Syracuse. The vehicle was rear-ended as it slowed to make a turn. Damages up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police investigated the following accidents:

• 12:41 p.m. Saturday, April 30, on CR 150W in Warsaw. Driver: Amber Barrett, 42, West CR 150S, Warsaw. Deer struck the vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.
• 3:41 p.m. Saturday, April 30, in the CVS parking lot, 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Drivers: Daniel Garcia Rojas, 35, Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake; Edward Burns, 74, West CR 300S Warsaw. Vehicles collided when one was backing out of a parking space. Damages up to $2,500.
