Fulton County — A recent burglary investigation by Indiana State Police has resulted in the arrest of Jon Sailors III, 24, Plymouth.

On June 13, 2022, Indiana State Police initiated a criminal investigation after receiving information that the workshop and office of a Fulton County business at 8230 S. 100W, rural Rochester, had allegedly been burglarized.

On Friday, June 17, officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department served Sailors with the warrant alleging two counts of theft and a single charge of burglary. Officers found him at home in Plymouth.

Sailors is incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail without bond. Before his most recent arrest, he was out on bonds for separate criminal charges. Those bonds have since been revoked.
