WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Parks and Recreation Board is to have its first meeting on Thursday, Aug. 18.

It will be at 1 p.m. at the Kosciusko County Courthouse’s Old Courtroom. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Kosciusko County Commissioners approved creating the board and a county parks department in May. Chosen by officials to serve on the board are Mike Cusick, Matt Metzger, Rob Bishop, Aggie Sweeney and Troy Turley.
