Syracuse Navy Veteran Turning 100 Wednesday

SYRACUSE — Forrest Lewis, a Navy veteran, is turning 100 years old. The public is welcome to participate in a drive-by parade from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, at 600 E. Northshore Drive, Syracuse.
Lewis served in World War II in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945.
Lewis will be sitting by his garage; please follow the signs. The public may send him a card or drive by and wave, honk or say “happy birthday.”
