Dobson Earns Credentials From U.S. Chamber’s IOM
Warsaw-Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that its president and CEO, Mark Dobson has recently graduated from the U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Organizational Management.Since 1921, chambers of commerce, associations, and other nonprofits have used the US. Chamber’s Institute program as a training platform for the professional development of their top talent. Dobson completed the Institute’s curriculum consisting of four, intensive weeklong sessions, at the U.S. Chamber’s Midwest Institute, signifying the completion of 96 hours of course instruction. Dobson received training in leadership, organization management competencies, as well as targeted curriculum in membership, technology, and financial management.In addition to the completion of the four-year curriculum, he has received the IOM recognition, and all credit hours earned through Institute may be applied toward the CCE (Certified Chamber Executive) industry certification.The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business federation representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions, as well as state and local chambers and industry associations.
