Swihart Arrested After Allegedly Burglarizing Several Homes In Marshall County

PLYMOUTH — A Plymouth man was recently arrested after allegedly burglarizing several homes in Marshall County.
On Wednesday, April 19, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of an unknown person in a Plymouth residence.
According to a press release from MCSD, the person fled from the scene on a bicycle. The suspect was later located and identified as William R. Swihart, 29, Plymouth. During the investigation, it was revealed Swihart was involved in burglaries and thefts at three homes in Plymouth. It was also discovered a fourth building was broken into.
Swihart is preliminarily charged with three counts of burglary, all level 4 felonies; and three counts of theft, all class A misdemeanors.
