Former Walmart Employee Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Money

WARSAW — A Silver Lake woman was recently arrested after allegedly stealing over $1,300 from Walmart while she was employed there.
Caitlyn Ann Radowski, 22, 1488 W. 1200S, Silver Lake, is charged with theft, a level 6 felony.
On March 21, a Warsaw Police officer went to Walmart regarding a theft report. An asset protection employee showed the officer video footage of Radowski, an employee, stealing money. According to court documents, asset protection identified 14 instances where Radowski stole money from the store between March 1 and 18.
In video footage, Radowski is shown taking money and placing it in her pocket. Radowski told the officer she took money from the store because she was struggling to pay rent and make car payments.
Upon further investigation, asset protection and the officer discovered Radowski stole $1,320 from Walmart.
Radowski has been arrested and released on bond. She has an initial hearing at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 27, in Kosciusko Superior Court One.
