Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 8:07 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, Country Club Road, south of Country Club Drive South, Warsaw. Drivers: Austin L. Bailey, 27, South Washington Street, Pierceton; and Joshua D. Ogden, 45, Sharon Street, Winona Lake. Bailey couldn’t brake fast enough, and his vehicle hit the back of Ogden’s. Bailey was cited for not having insurance on his vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 7:22 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, North Old US 31 and East CR 375N, Rochester. Driver: Faith Plumley, 31, Rochester. Plumley’s vehicle hit a deer.
• 1:47 p.m. Monday, July 24, North US 31 and East CR 100N, Rochester. Drivers: Sally Kline, 66, Kewanna; and Janet Duchossois, 79, Chicago, Ill. Kline’s vehicle and Duchossois’ vehicle collided, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
