UPDATE: Three Women Injured After Single-Vehicle Accident East Of Pierceton

PIERCETON — Three women were injured after a single-vehicle accident east of Pierceton on Wednesday morning.
At 10:58 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, emergency personnel responded to a single-vehicle accident on East US 30, west of South CR 900E, Pierceton.
According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office accident report, a gray 2012 Jeep Liberty driven by Kyleigh R. Risner, 26, Claypool, left US 30 and rolled before coming to a rest on its wheels in a cornfield. Risner said she passed out prior to the accident.
Risner and two passengers in the Jeep, Heather A. Rensberger, 27, Warsaw; and Latisha M. Williams, 30, Leesburg, were all ejected from the vehicle.
Risner complained of shoulder and upper arm pain but signed off on medical treatment at the scene. Both Rensberger and Williams were taken to hospitals in Fort Wayne for injuries they sustained in the accident.
Damages are estimated up to $10,000.
