IAR’s leadership academy is a year-long training program designed for realtor leaders. Program graduates attain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively assist buyers and sellers in their markets. Sessions highlight team building, leadership and professional development, communication exercises, and accounting best practices.

Johnson has been a Realtor since 2016. She opened her own real estate firm, Foundations Real Estate Group, in May of 2020. She is currently the 2023 KBOR president and has also served as vice president and director. She is active in the community as a member of Tri-Kappa, CASA, Reading Connections, Kosciusko County Velo Club and the Sacred Heart Church. Johnson is a resident of Winona Lake.
