WARSAW — A Milford woman was arrested for allegedly tampering with a drug screen test.

Marinel Lynn Gilliam (Cannon), 28, 51 E. Camp Mack Road, Milford, is charged with obstruction of justice, a level 6 felony; and interfering with a screen test, a class B misdemeanor.

On Oct. 4, Gilliam reported to the Kosciusko County probation office for a random drug screen, which was a condition of her probation in three criminal cases.

According to court documents, Gilliam brought a small bottle with liquid to intentionally tamper with the drug screen test. She admitted to using a relative’s pain medication and knew her drug test would return positive when she reported to the probation office.

Gilliam was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Oct. 15.
