Four Arrested On Drug Charges In North Webster

NORTH WEBSTER — Four people are facing drug charges after law enforcement served a search warrant at a home in North Webster.
Dwayne Allen Cooper, 37, 411 S. East St., North Webster, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony; visiting a common nuisance, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Morgan A. Noe, 33, 5583 N. 825E, North Webster, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, and maintaining a common nuisance, all level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
James Allan Britt, 40, 11531 N. Syracuse Webster Road, Syracuse, is charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony; visiting a common nuisance, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Darryl Emerson Collette II, 28, 4330 N. Old SR 15, Warsaw, is charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe, both level 6 felonies; visiting a common nuisance, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
On Jan. 3, officers with the Indiana State Police, NET 43 Drug Task Force, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, and Nappanee Police Department served a search warrant at Noe’s residence in North Webster.
According to court documents, officers found Noe, Collette, and Britt in the home. Officers also found Cooper and a child inside a camper near the residence. Cooper had active warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody at that time.
In Noe and Collette’s bedroom, officers found syringes, drug paraphernalia, and meth. They also found three syringes in Britt’s bedroom and drug paraphernalia in the camper.
Cooper, Britt, Collette, and Noe all admitted to using meth a few days prior to Jan. 3. Noe said she owned the residence and that everyone staying in the home used drugs.
Noe, Britt, Cooper, and Collette were all booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Jan. 3.
