Kosciusko County
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 9:59 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 9900 block South SR 15, Silver Lake. Cynthia L. Montel, Kevin E. Kersey, and representatives for Miller Cattle Company reported criminal mischief to gas tanks.
- 6:06 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, 2700 block South Country Club Road, Warsaw. William C. Force reported the theft of a cellphone. Value: $1,000.
- 1:17 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of invasion of privacy.
- 5:36 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, 1900 block Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 7:52 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Representatives for Walmart reported the theft of merchandise. Value: $553.90.
- 12:01 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 200 block East Center Street, Warsaw. A wallet belonging to Jessie D. Moore was turned in.
- 8:51 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 800 block Lake City Highway and East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 12:31 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, CR 775W, Kewanna. A female driver called to report she lost control of her vehicle and made it into someone’s driveway, but the vehicle is now stuck. She got a ride home, but the vehicle is still there. She left her phone number and name and will be going in the morning to get the vehicle.
- 10:36 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 700 block Heritage Drive, Rochester. A homeowner reported a deputy was at her home earlier regarding an open door while she was gone. She just returned home and her door is open again and her small Terrier is missing. She called 20 minutes later and reported she found her dog.
- 7:51 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2800 block North Knoll Drive, Macy. A male requested a report be made regarding harassment from a woman and a Logansport police officer. He was told to speak with that department or the Indiana State Police if needed.
- 7:27 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, East SR 110 and North CR 200E, Rochester. A caller reported a semitractor/trailer was unable to move down the road due to ice.
- 7:07 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, South US Highway 31 and Sweetgum Road, Rochester. A driver reported her vehicle died in the middle of the road and lost her lights.The vehicle is perpendicular in the road. Officers were able to get the car out of the roadway. They advised state highway they needed to salt the roads as they are slick.
- 4:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 100 block CR 600S, Rochester. A caller reported a man has been living at her home for four years and she wants to know if she can lock him out while he’s away this weekend. She says the she’s gone to the courthouse to get the eviction process started and they said she has to have a lease with the man. She was advised of her options.
- 3:44 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2800 block North Knoll Drive, Macy. A call was received from a man who reported getting harassing messages from a man that lives in Cass County over Facebook. The caller’s father, who is an attorney in Cass County, is also being harassed.
