MILFORD — Do you know what’s the difference between a food bank and a food pantry?

Volunteers with The Milford Food Bank will be explaining the difference during an open house from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at it’s warehouse at 111 S. James St., Milford.

The event is to educate the public, private individuals and businesses, about what the Milford Food Bank does and how it works.

Milford Food Bank is not a food pantry, instead it provides items for pantries throughout a large area.

Come learn how and where the food bank gave away 3.6 million pounds of food in 2023.

Come take a tour, watch a slide show and see how to become a corporate or private partner or volunteer.

Light refreshments will be available.
